User Agreement


1. Introduction


This agreement (a set of legally binding terms and conditions) has been created to ensure the peaceful user (“You” & “Your”) conduct between you and PollPe (referred to as " We " & " Us " & " Our " in this Policy), a product by Abhiman Innovations Pvt. Ltd. ( the “ Company “). The user agreement is universally applicable to the PollPe app and website for every user and visitor. Please note that this agreement may be updated or modified at any time without prior notification to you. As a user, kindly check the agreement wording and the modifications made to it regularly. Here are some common references that we would use throughout this agreement: 

1.1 Client: Refers to a third-party business that partners with PollPe to provide its services. A ' client ' may also be classified as “ they “ & “ them “, an entity that collaborates with Abhiman Innovations to upscale its business strategy. You can refer to their official Privacy Policies to know how they function independently. 

1.2 User: Refers to an individual who uses the PollPe app and website to avail of its rewarding benefits. 

1.3 Company: Refers to a business/entity registered lawfully by the government. 

1.4 Website: The official landing page or web page of a Company that can be accessed by any random user through search engines. 

1.5 Application: Also referred to as an ' App ' is a software program that is designed to perform a specific task. Applications can be downloaded on a device through app stores or available links on search engines. 

1.6 Personal data: Quite specifically, it is a collective term for the sensitive details of an Individual. For example, their Name, Address, Phone number, Email address, Date of Birth, Employment Status, Educational status and online activity. 

1.7 Privacy: It is a fundamental human right that is strictly exercised in most countries. In simple words, Privacy is YOUR right to control your sensitive information. You can also decide who can see your info, who can use it and to what extent is it shared. 

1.8 Consent: When you voluntarily agree to engage in an activity by using an app or website, you must provide your ' Consent ' for the same.

1.9. Services: Herein all the features are available to the users of the PollPe app and website. 

1.10. Rewards: are the monetary and non-monetary incentives provided to the users who use the services of PollPe. 

1.11. Intellectual properties(IP): Often referred to as “IP”, these are the exclusive logos, colour schemes, imagery, and taglines that are protected by Copyright, Patent and trademark under the governing laws.  

1.12 Copyright: This is a governing law that grants exclusivity to protect artistic works such as software, taglines, blogs, etc. 

1.13 Trademark: is a governing law that protects the logo, exclusive imagery, designs, and symbols. 

1.14  Patent: An exclusive right to confidentially use the products, software and processes. 

1.15 Trade Security Rights: Under the governing laws, a company can protect its confidential business information. 


2. Grant of licence: 


Several features, services, trademarked, patented, and copyrighted content are lawfully protected by PollPe. Here are some crucial permissions and their limitations set by the company. You must go through these sections and provide your consent for the same. 


2.1 Permissions: 


By using the PollPe app and website, you agree to certain permissions allowed to you. Here is a list of permissions granted by the company that is regulated and modified by us: 

  • You are allowed to use the Services of the PollPe app. 

  • You are allowed to disclose your personal data that is secured by the PollPe team. 

  • You are allowed to provide your genuine opinions on various topics through the Polls and surveys available on the PollPe app. 

  • You are also allowed to leave your constructive feedback by commenting on the Volt & Blog section of the app. 

  • You may avail of the rewards that you earn through the PollPe app. 

  • You are allowed to participate in the ongoing events, trending offers and other events conducted on the app as well as the social media handles of PollPe. 

  • You can implement and use our in-app currency, “PollPe Coins” & “Gems” that you can earn through the various Polls, tasks, games, quizzes and ongoing events


2.2 Limitations


Here are the limitations that are implemented on you regarding the features and creative elements in PollPe. It must be noted that these limitations are set forth to safeguard the confidentiality of the users and the company. 

  • As a user, you are not allowed to use, copy, redesign or share the copyrighted logo, imagery, and tagline of the PollPe app and website in any way.

  • As a user, you can share Referral Links, Achievement Badges, Earnings from PollPe, Blogs and Social Media Posts.

  • Miscellaneous activities and inappropriate behaviour can lead to the termination of your account.

  • You may not use the PollPe app in a way that interferes with the rights of others, including their intellectual property rights.  

You can also refer to the User Agreements of our clients who have provided third-party integration in the PollPe app. Namely, they are Google, ayeT Offerwall, Pollfish, AdGate Media and BitLabs. These third-party businesses help to provide more features, services and relevant ads to you. 


3. User Responsibilities


Safe and Peaceful conduct of the in-app features is the core ideology of the company. 

As a user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account on the PollPe app. 

  • Use the application in a lawful manner and not for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

  • Not upload or distribute any content or comment that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Not interfere with the operation of PollPe and Abhiman Innovations Pvt. Ltd

  • Not use the website or the application to spam, phish, or engage in other malicious activities

  • Be responsible for the security of their account and password.

  • Immediately notify the company of any unauthorized use of their account.

  • The user agrees that they are solely responsible for their use of the website and app.  

  • The company is not liable for any damages or losses that the user incurs as a result of their use of PollPe. 

  • The user agrees to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the user's breach of any of the provisions of this section.


4. Payments and Incentives


PollPe is a rewarding platform that provides a number of rewards, vouchers, cashback and incentives for

  • Answering Polls

  • Filling Surveys

  • Completing Tasks

  • Answering Quizzes

  • Playing Games

  • Spinning the lucky wheel

  • Referring to your friend

  • Participating in Trending Offers and Ongoing Events.  


The above-mentioned features of PollPe will reward you with PollPe Coins & Gems (in-app virtual currency) that can be redeemed for the following incentives: 


  • Paytm Wallet Cash

  • Amazon Gift Cards

  • Flipkart Gift Cards

  • Myntra Gift Cards

  • Nykaa Gift Cards

  • Google Play Credit

  • BGMI UC

  • Exclusive merchandise from PollPe


4.1. As a responsible user, you must carefully read and provide your consent to the following guidelines related to the Payments and incentives offered by PollPe to its users. 

4.2. You can earn rewards by participating in polls, surveys, and other activities on the PollPe app. The amount of rewards that you earn depends on the type of activity, the length of time it takes to complete the activity, and your level of participation.

4.3. Rewards can be redeemed for cash, gift cards and other merchandise. The company may offer additional incentives to you, such as bonus rewards for completing a certain number of activities or referring new users to PollPe.

4.4. The company reserves the right to change the payment terms and incentives at any time. The user agrees that they are solely responsible for their earnings and that the company is not liable for any losses or damages that the user incurs as a result of their earnings.

You also agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the user's breach of any of the provisions of this section.

4.6. You also agree that the third-party clients of PollPe can modify the payment terms at any time without notice. 

All the terms and clauses related to your Privacy, Data Sharing, Consent and Data storage have been listed under the Privacy Policy. 


5. Miscellaneous


You agree to use PollPe respectfully and responsibly. You also agree not to use PollPe with a motive that promotes:

  • Harassment, bullying, or threatening other users.

  • Post or distribute any content or comment that is harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Spam or phishing other users.

  • Engage in any other activity that is illegal or violates the terms of this agreement.

  • The user agrees that PollPe may, at its sole discretion, terminate the user's account for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of this agreement.

  • Engaging in any illegal or harmful activity.

  • Repeatedly violating the terms of this agreement.

  • You also agree that PollPe is not liable for any damages or losses that the user incurs as a result of the user's use of PollPe.


Your consent for the above-mentioned terms is important for harmonious conduct at PollPe. If you do not agree with any of the above-mentioned terms, you will not be able to use the services, features and benefits of PollPe.
