Refund Policy


1. Introduction:


This Refund Policy is an agreement (a set of legally binding terms and conditions) that has been created to ensure the peaceful user (“You” & “Your”) conduct between you and PollPe (referred to as " We " & " Us " & " Our " in this Policy), a product by Abhiman Innovations Pvt. Ltd. ( the “ Company “). The Refund Policy is universally applicable to the PollPe app and website for every user and visitor. Please note that this agreement may be updated or modified at any time without prior notification to you. As a user, kindly check the agreement wording and the modifications made to it regularly. Here are some common references that we would use throughout this agreement: 

1.1 Client: Refers to a third-party business that partners with PollPe to provide its services in the PollPe app and website. A ' client ' may also be classified as “ they “ & “ them “, an entity that collaborates with Abhiman Innovations to upscale its business strategy. You can refer to their official Terms of Use page to know how they function independently. 

1.2 User: Refers to an individual who uses the PollPe app and website to avail of its rewarding benefits. 

1.3 Services: Herein all the features available to the users of the PollPe app and website. 

1.4 Rewards: These are the monetary and non-monetary incentives or Products provided to the users who use the services of PollPe. 

1.5 Gift cards: Refer to a group of redeemable coupons that can be redeemed for PollPe coins or Gems that a user earns from the PollPe app. Gift cards can be used to avail discounts, cashback or unique offers from a particular third-party client of PollPe. 

1.6 Vouchers: Herein the virtual coupons provide a monetary incentive to the user in exchange for PollPe coins or Gems. 

1.7 Program: The collective rewards model, strategy, and terms are referred to as “Program” in this agreement. 

1.8 Redeem: A user is eligible to earn PollPe coins and Gems from the app by completing the activities curated by the company. These PollPe coins and Gems can be exchanged for Gift Cards, Vouchers, merchandise, In-game credits or virtual currency etc. This process of exchanging the PollPe coins is referred to as “Redeem” or “Redemption”. 

1.9 Request: Also mentioned as “Redeem Request” is a collaborative process wherein the user submits a request to get the rewards for their PollPe coins. The Redeem Request is received and processed by the company, and if it is a genuine request, the user gets their reward within 48 hours. 

1.10 ShopPe: This is a virtual store that is accessible to the users of the PollPe app. Here a user can redeem their favourite products using Gems (in-app virtual currency). ShopPe is inclined but not restricted to physical merchandise that can be redeemed using Gems. 

1.11 Product: Herein it is the physical merchandise that a user can avail through Gems. 

1.12 Refund: Also referred to as “reimbursement” is the virtual credit added back to the users’ PollPe account. A refund is initiated when the users redeem a physical product but do not receive/receive a damaged product.  

1.13 Privacy: It is a fundamental human right that is strictly exercised in most countries. In simple words, Privacy is YOUR right to control your sensitive information. You can also decide who can see your info, who can use it and to what extent is it shared. 

1.14 Consent: When you willingly choose to participate in an activity through an app or website, you are granting your 'Consent' for the said activity.

1.15 Copyright: This is a governing law that grants exclusivity to protect artistic works such as software, taglines, blogs, etc. 

It is important for you to carefully read and understand the terms of this agreement before you provide consent to use the services and features of the app and the website. 

List of Virtual Rewards Offered by PollPe:

A user can redeem the following Virtual Rewards from the PollPe app using PollPe coins or Gems:

  • Amazon Gift Cards

  • Flipkart Gift Cards

  • Myntra Gift Cards

  • Nykaa Gift Cards 

  • Google Play Credit 

  • Paytm Wallet Cash

  • Official Merchandise

  • BGMI UC

Please note that the company may include or exclude some rewards that may affect the performance of the app in any way. Virtual Rewards are not limited to the above stated.

List of Physical Rewards Offered by PollPe:

A user can redeem the following rewards from the PollPe app using PollPe coins or Gems:

  • Exclusive merchandise available in the ShopPe section of the PollPe app. 

Please note that the company may include or exclude some rewards that may affect the performance of the app in any way. 


2. What products are eligible for a refund?


  • Virtual gift cards, cashback and vouchers are not eligible for a refund.

  • Physical merchandise that is delivered damaged or undelivered is eligible for a refund.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the user must contact PollPe within 7 days of the date of delivery.

  • The user must provide proof of purchase and proof of damage or non-delivery.

  • PollPe reserves the right to refuse a refund if the user does not meet the above criteria.

  • It must be noted that all the physical merchandise ordered through PollPe is fulfilled by PollPe’s third-party vendor. Hence any and every dispute related to refunds would be regulated and processed through the third-party vendor. 


2.1. Process and timeframe: 


  • The refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the request.

  • The refund will be made to the original payment method which is the in-app virtual currency. 

  • The refund amount will be minus any shipping or handling fees.

  • PollPe is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the user, such as customs fees or taxes.


2.2. Who is Eligible to get refunds from the PollPe app?


The following users are eligible to get a refund from the PollPe app:

  • Users who have purchased physical merchandise that is delivered damaged or undelivered.

  • Users who have been charged for a product that they did not receive.

  • Users who have been charged an incorrect in-app amount.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the user must contact PollPe within 7 days of the date of the purchase or the date of the incident that gave rise to the refund request. The user must also provide proof of purchase and any other documentation that may be required to support the refund request.

PollPe reserves the right to refuse a refund if the user does not meet the above criteria or if the user has violated the PollPe terms of service.
